18 The Water We Want – Turtle and a sustainable way | Arting

The turtle was painted with Brown, red and yellow colored pencils, outlined with white pencil.
It represents the importance of fresh water. The bleached fishing net, wrapped around the turtle’s neck represents the danger that many species are currently experiencing, mainly due to human actions that harm marine life. The algae based on lanceolate leaves represents the danger to which not only marine animals but also marine plants are exposed.
With this drawing, I want to convey that water is an absolutely necessary natural resource for living beings, however it's finite, so it's necessary to know how to manage it correctly, not polluting and using it in a sustainable way, for future times.
