Virtualgeo Srl declares that the product "UACE" is designed and created as a multimedia digital editorial product with a cultural and educational character. UACE aims to contribute to the protection, promotion, and participatory dissemination of historical and artistic heritage, offering users informative, descriptive, scientific, and creative content. Through an autonomous and well-structured editorial organization – including texts, virtual tours, sections for scientific exploration and creative participation (Coloring, ARTing, Geomatics) – UACE pursues cultural interest objectives, addressing a broad audience without requiring a physical visit to the represented assets. By virtue of its editorial nature, UACE is exempt from VAT under Article 10, No. 22, of Presidential Decree 633/1972.
